2 RAIL TRACK BENDER

Addition to yesterday's review..... With some code 332 track the bearing screws hit the tops of the rail chair "bolts". This happens with AML Euro track in my case. Answer was to shim the pads that rest on the rail tops. About 20 thou of shim worked. Still highly impressed with the solid construction of this unit and of course the ease of adjusting it to suit my rail type.

Beginner here. Bender seems to work well on code 332 track. Nice solid construction. I pulled it apart and greased working areas and thread with moly grease and aligned trunnion bearing better so screw action is now nice and very smooth. Some screws were loose in my bender, so best to check all screws for tightness anyway. Highly recommended.
